She got a clean bill of health, and three very painful and unpleasant shots. Boo Hoo for shots, and mommies who have to be there and hold down their little ones.
The one thing the doctor did comment on, was a slight drooping of Kynlee's right eye...possibly the result of a condition called Ptosis. Kevin and I have been a little concerned with this because we've been noticing her right eye to be swollen and drooping. The doctor said it's nothing to be concerned with yet, but she is referring us to a pediatric eye specialist to determine the severity of the ptosis if that's what it is! If it's blocking her pupil in any way...they may have to do a slight tuck of the eyelid, to help lift it up. I'll let you know when we get results back from the specialist. Basically at this point, it's just a cosmetic issue, and I can deal with that!!!

14 pounds - wow!! Yeah boo hoo for shots. Poor Jordan, his doctor works in my office and I told Steve, "Dr. Farzana says hi" which he relayed to Jordan and his first reaction was, "I don't want a shot!" He never gets sick so the only time he does go to the doctor is when it's time for shots, poor kid. I'm glad she's a healthy chunky monkey! :o)
Wowsers! She is growing! It's so crazy how her and Kallen don't look a thing alike! That's how my girls were, but as the months went on, they began to start looking more a like!
Can't wait to see your NEW look! How exciting!
What a great comparison! I cannot believe she is 14lbs! Crazy....but so cute!
